Appointments
Appointments are scheduled centered around you. Your time is very valuable and from the first visit you are appointed one-on-one with the dentist. We do not double book unless there is an absolute emergency. We ask that if you have to miss your appointment you give us 48 business hours notice. This allows us to offer our services to others in need. If you do not give 48 business hours notice or fail to make it to your scheduled appointment, this is considered a missed appointment. A $250 fee is charged after the second missed appointment. After three missed appointments we do not reschedule.

Insurance and Billing
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your dental insurance and wait for and accept their payment on your behalf. Our goal is to help you maximize your benefits and get you what you are entitled to from your insurance, however, you are responsible for the entire cost of treatment even though you have dental insurance. We do our best to estimate the cost of treatment upfront. Your expected portion is then due at the time of service. Sometimes dental insurance companies do not pay what we expect them too, so you may have a balance due after your insurance is processed. Note that your dental insurance is a predetermined contract between your employer and the insurance carrier, so we have no say or control over any of its aspects. We will do whatever we can to help you maximize your benefits.

Payment Options
We are proud to provide the following payment options to you:

1. 5% discount for paying in full at the time of service. This applies to non-insurance and out-of-network insurance patients only.
2. 10% discount given to seniors without in-network insurance and to active military personnel.
3. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.
4. Financing through Citi Health. This offers you a line of credit that can be used over time as needed. Zero percent financing is available for up to 12 months. You can also finance up to 48 months at a competitive rate. Credit check required. Options are not combinable. We reserve the right to change or limit discounts at our discretion.
