Dr. Farr Dental Fellowship Status
Fellowship status is earned by placing and restoring a certain number of dental implants, providing documentation of them over a minimum of one year, taking a considerable amount of continued education courses on dental implants, and being recommended by another ICOI delegate who has earned at least earned fellowship status.
